Mental Health Minnesota is a non-profit and non-partisan organization, and affiliate of Mental Health America providing support services and access to treatment for individuals living with mental illness. Their programs include:

Karuna Community MN offers programs and events based in yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for the incarcerated community. 

Touch Stone Mental Health provides support, integrated treatment and other resources for individuals who are recovering from mental illnesses. Free Programs include:

Behavioral Health Home (BHH)

A program that can help you find services and coordinate your care for physical and mental health conditions. Our staff will meet you in your home or in the community to create a plan that meets your needs and preferences.

Residential Treatment Services

Program offers 24-Hour mental health services designed to improve mental health stability, increase personal and emotional skills and self sufficiency

Intentional Communities 

Program members are provided with in-home services to build social, community and housing management skills. Program members meet weekly as a “community” of peers who support each other in their mental health recovery.

Case Management 

Program members are paired with Case managers are available to help  find resources and referrals, monitor their health and safety, and provide ongoing support for clients to improve their independence and remain in their homes.

Care Coordination

Program members are assisted with navigating the health and social systems by working with mental health care and social services providers
